Crossall Manor Barn
We were asked to design and build a frameless glass link as part of a large restoration project to this early 19th century Grade II listed barn.
The barn would be developed to become a lounge and kitchen area connected to a newly constructed building containing bedrooms and garage by the new glass link.
Working closely with the owners and builder we designed the link with rebated channels to the new build and concealed channels at the barn interface so the glass would appear to simple emerge from the fabric of each building.

As with many of our listed building projects, the geometry and detailing were a challenge but the installation went without a hitch.
